Our two eateries, South Beach Restaurant and Mamanuca Restaurant each offer distinct dining experiences. South Beach Restaurant is our fine dining establishment and serves haute fusion cuisine. Mamanuca Restaurant is its casual counterpart that serves buffet for all meals with a great International Themed buffets each night of the week. .
South Beach Restaurant
Fusion cuisine
Located on the resort’s south beach, with romantic vistas of the ocean and several of the Mamanuca islands, the South Beach Restaurant is the ideal place for special occasions. The restaurant’s fusion menu combines Italian, French, Pacific and Japanese influences – provides you with a novel culinary experience. Dinner here is a semi-formal affair, with several three-course meals on offer. During the day, the eatery presents lighter fare such as burgers, coffee and sandwiches.
North Beach Buffet Area: Mamanuca Restaurant
North Beach Buffet Area or the Mamanuca Restaurant is also the venue for the daily 7 – 10am American Breakfast Buffet. BBQ lunch and Themed dinner buffets featuring European, Fijian, Indian and Asian cuisine are on offer daily
ROOM SERVICE
A room service menu is available each day from 10am until 6pm, offering a light snack of French Fries and Pizza that you could order from the comfort of your room or around the pool area.
