4) The above Accommodation rates are based on Single / Twin / Double share, for extra person the extra person rate applies. Maximum in room 2 Adults and 2 Children, please refer to child policy as per below.

Child Policy

A Maximum of 2 children 0 – 15 years and under sharing with 2 adults in existing bedding are entitled to stay free, under 13 years eat free from the buffet menu. Conditions Apply.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All Direct bookings enquire a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking, either paid by Credit card to Bank transfers.
Credit Card charges incure a 3% Administration fee.
If Full payment of accommodation is received the following Cancellation policy applies:

>Between 5 and 14 days prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation – 50% cancellation fee.
>4 days and less notice prior to arrival date with written notice of cancellation – 100% cancellation fee.
>No-show or days not used due to late arrival or premature departure – 100% cancellation fee.
